Tracey Rowland is the author of the book, The Story of Stories, she has a Master's degree in business and lives in Auckland, New Zealand where she runs thought management retreats and workshops.

Despite her desire to manifest a future that was everything she could imagine, she never changed anything. Even with structured goal setting and planning, she was unable to maintain new years resolutions longer than a few weeks. Tracey was discouraged and  thought, surely she had more willpower than that!

So she read. She read a lot. She read the works of gurus, both modern and old and even though she could implement their fabulous models, she still couldn’t make them stick. Tracey was left feeling broken. Lazy. A procrastinator. Then she noticed a theme. The whole reason she never started anything..... or stuck to anything. Why she always acted the same way she had before. Something just “clicked”!

Tracey developed a theory and started to share her hypothesis with friends and colleagues. Change started to happen for Tracey and her friends started changing too. They started to do the things they never could.

Those Tracey shared her insights with loved the stories she told about how she implemented the changes herself. They loved the self-discoveries she had made and could see themselves in the examples.

Tracey is vulnerable and gives others the freedom to be vulnerable with her.  Friends and colleagues share their growth and laugh at their own thought processes through Tracey's first book, The Story of Stories. Tracey knows now how she got here. She knows how to change who she is being and how she is acting and she has the ability to articulate it for others so they can be who they want to be too.

Tracey is now running in-person workshop events. On-line events coming soon.
